Pumpkin Peanut Pâté

My mom sent me this fantastic pumpkin and peanut pâté recipe. Sweet and nutty, it’s perfect if you’re hosting friends and family for cocktails and appetizers (pear slices or whole-wheat crackers work great for dipping).


1 15-oz. can pumpkin pie filling (don’t use pumpkin purée)
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup agave syrup (if your peanut butter isn’t sweet enough)

  • Mix peanut butter and filling in a bowl.
  • Serve slightly chilled.

Makes 6 servings (2 cups)
