NT$50,000 Reward Offered for Help in Nabbing Men Who Allegedly Burned Dog Alive

Local police still have yet to make any arrests in the case. We’re offering up to NT$50,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the people responsible for this heinous act.
Taiwanese citizens have every reason to be concerned: According to law-enforcement agencies and leading mental-health professionals, perpetrators of violent acts against animals are often repeat offenders who pose a serious threat to all beings—including humans!
