Tokyo Activists Say ‘Sayonara!’ to Fur

Man, those Japanese activists sure do know how to make a lot of noise. Just a few weeks ago, more than 400 activists turned out in downtown Tokyo to let everyone know that fur has no place in Japan—or anywhere else!

The diverse group of demonstrators grabbed the attention of Harajuku girls and busybody salarymen with depictions of what animals are subjected to in order to make a fur coat.
