Think those extra pounds are just a bit more to love? Well, a recent headline suggests the all-too-painful truth that adults who are overweight are, at any given point in time, more likely to die than their friends who are at a normal weight. Being overweight can lead to an increased risk of developing some nasty diseases—think diabetes, heart disease, or cancer!
