A recent study has been released that shows just how good a vegan diet is for you! The study, conducted by Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine, reviewed the diets of more than 27,000 people and found that those who followed a vegan diet had a 40 percent lower chance of contracting cataracts in their life compared to someone who follows a standard meat-inclusive diet.
