Sickening Video: Animal Abuser Live-Streams the Torturing and Killing of a Puppy in China
As a cruel, disgusting act of “revenge,” a man in China filmed himself torturing and butchering a puppy and shared the footage live on Chinese social media site Weibo. He has since shut down his account.

Chinese authorities must urgently identify this highly unstable, violent, and dangerous man before he hurts or kills anyone else. By mercilessly killing a vulnerable puppy as a result of his uncontrolled anger, he has shown that he poses a real danger to others.
